2. Coaching Relationship

Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
3. Not Therapy or Medical Services
Sydney Ashland Consulting does not provide:

- Medical or psychiatric services
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal ideation, or require immediate mental health support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services in your area.
4. Confidentiality
Individual coaching sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Group programs require shared responsibility. While Sydney Ashland Consulting emphasizes confidentiality and respectful participation, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed among group participants.
Participants agree not to share personal information disclosed by others in group settings.
5. Payment & Enrollment
- Payment is required in full unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full regardless of participation.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
Due to the nature of coaching and group work:
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Missed sessions are not refunded, but may be rescheduled with prior approval.
- Group program spots are non-transferable without prior written approval.
Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Sydney Ashland Consulting in extraordinary circumstances.
7. Participation Expectations
Participants agree to:
- Engage respectfully and responsibly
- Refrain from harmful, disruptive, or abusive behavior
- Take responsibility for their emotional regulation during sessions
Sydney Ashland Consulting reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if behavior compromises safety or integrity of the space.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided—including written content, frameworks, recordings, and exercises—are the intellectual property of Sydney Ashland Consulting.
Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without written permission.
9. Website Use
